We have developed a series of microfuilds chip with channels ranging from 10um~50um width. And unlike the fixed depth to width ratio (1:2) with traditional process, our method are much more flexible, we could make 1:5 to 5:1 at different width ranges, which offer a lot of flexibilities to the designer and applications.
